MÓN Bobal Centenario 2023 is the flagship wine that inspired the entire Montesanco project. Rooted in sustainable philosophy and a devotion to reviving historical native varieties, this spectacular red is born from a single 4.5-hectare hilltop plot of dry-farmed, goblet-trained Bobal vines exceeding a century in age. Yielding an incredibly concentrated 1 kg of grapes per vine, this wine is fermented and aged in French oak to create a dense, mineral-rich, and age-worthy masterpiece.
