The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting clusters with the smallest berries.
Once the herbaceous parts are removed, the crushed grapes rest in stainless steel tanks for 24 hours to extract the colour. After clarification, controlled fermentation begins at 17°C.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Pale rosé colour, clean and bright.
Aroma: Fruity, with primary and secondary aromas of fresh fruit — strawberry and raspberry.
Palate: Soft, fresh, and refined. Well balanced, with well-integrated acidity that gives a sense of freshness, leaving a pleasant fruity sensation on the finish.
Serving & Storage: Serve at a minimum of 8°C. Store in a cool place, away from noise and odours. Best enjoyed within two years of bottling. 75cl.
